M.W. Morss Roofing takes every precaution to ensure that each project is done in compliance with OSHA and MIOSHA regulations.  We are a proud member of the Roofing Contractors Safety Alliance (RCSA) and employ a full time safety director.  Our safety director performs field inspections on almost a daily basis and provides our office with inspection reports.  If any potential risk of violation is discovered, it is immediately corrected on site and our office is notified.  We have a worker’s compensation Experience Modification Rate of 0.68, indicating that our company performs well above average and has a low incident rate.

M.W. Morss Roofing is in strict compliance with the Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988.  All employees are subject to random drug testing.
