M.W. Morss Roofing, Inc. specializes in the installation of the Duro-Last Roofing System and Architectural Sheet Metal on commercial and industrial buildings.

Founder, Owner, and President, Michael W. Morss, has a lifetime of roofing experience. He began working at his father’s residential roofing company when he was a teenager until founding his own roofing company in 1972.

Having nearly 50 years of experience allows us to create roofing solutions for even the most challenging situations. We have been honored as Duro-Last’s Contractor of the Year 6 times and have received a series of awards based on sales volume every year since 1984, including the John R. Burt Award (over $1 million in sales) and the Golden Eagle Award (over $2 million in sales) in 2006. We are a leader of Duro-Last’s highly experienced contractors receiving Duro-Last’s quality-oriented, Master Roofing Award every year since 1990. In addition, we are a member of the Duro-Last Elite Contractor Program, instituted in 2000 and the Duro-Last Platinum Contractor Program, instituted in 2014. M.W. Morss Roofing, Inc. is one of the few commercial roofing contractors inducted into the Duro-Last 35 Year Club. Michael W. Morss has proudly served in the past as Chairman of the Duro-Last Contractor Advisory Board and is active still in providing guidance.

We are a union company comprised of a knowledgeable sales staff, several roofing crew and a service department. Our crew members are trained and highly skilled foremen, journeymen and apprentices of Roofers Union Local 149 and Sheet Metal Workers Local 80. Our employees are professionals that pride themselves in high quality workmanship and efficiency. We ensure that any service work or roof installation will be done in a matter that minimizes disruption to your building’s daily activities.

Our Commitment to Safety

M.W. Morss Roofing takes every precaution to ensure that each project is done in compliance with OSHA and MIOSHA regulations. We are a proud member of the Roofing Contractors Safety Alliance (RCSA) and employ a full time safety director. We are members of the Roofing Contractors Safety Alliance and employ a safety director who performs field inspections on a regular basis to identify any potential violations, risks, and hazards. Management is provided with inspection reports and should a concern arise, it is corrected immediately for the safety of our crew, our clients, and anyone else at or near the project site.

We are Licensed, Insured, and Bonded.

M.W. Morss Roofing is in strict compliance with the Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988. All employees are subject to random drug testing.
